A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
What counts as a request?
One accepted listing lookup counts as one request, including its available listing, tax, and history reports. Failed or not-found requests are excluded. Your allowance resets with your paid monthly billing period. Unused requests do not roll over; no automatic overage charges.
Is ListingDash available now?
We are preparing an Alberta pilot. The site is a working preview; live report fulfillment and paid signup remain closed until service connections and access approvals are verified.
Can I use any phone number?
Register and verify the mobile number you will text from. An active subscription and permitted access are required. Texting from another number will not grant access to your subscription.
What happens after seven days?
Report copies are scheduled for deletion seven days after delivery. Download the reports you need before that time. We monitor cleanup failures; deletion does not remove copies already downloaded by a recipient.
What if information is unavailable?
We identify unavailable reports instead of filling gaps. Listing and tax sources may use different dates or measurement standards. Verify material details with the relevant professional or municipal authority.
