Information you provide

The launch list stores your email address and signup date to send the launch notice you request. When the service opens, phone verification, subscriptions, and requests will require a phone number, email address, consent records, and service activity. Do not send passwords, payment card information, or sensitive client information by SMS.

Service providers

The preview is hosted on Cloudflare. Stripe will process payments through its hosted checkout; ListingDash will not store card numbers. Twilio is the planned SMS and verification provider; Dropbox is the planned report host. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own policies. Paid signup remains disabled while SMS setup and launch checks are completed.

Reports and retention

Delivered report copies are intended to remain available for seven days. Public links can be forwarded; seven-day deletion does not delete downloaded copies. We will use recipient restrictions where required by the data licence. Billing, consent, and service records may need different retention periods; the production retention policy will be finalized before signup opens.

Your choices

To withdraw launch-list consent, request access or correction, or ask for deletion of your launch-list record, contact info@listingdash.ca. Once SMS service is enabled, reply STOP to stop texts. Stopping SMS does not itself cancel a paid subscription; billing cancellation will be available separately.

Before paid launch

The operator’s complete business contact information, production retention schedule, applicable data licences, and privacy review must be completed before paid service opens.
